Coral Shipments:

All coral orders ship priority overnight via UPS Next Day Air.

Shipping Cost Breakdown by State:

OH -  $29.95

PA, WV, IN - $34.95

NY, KY, MI, MD, VA - $39.95

All Other States - $44.95

Shipping is free for orders over $299.00. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives alive and healthy. We only ship to US locations (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Phytoplankton, Copepods, Inverts, and other product Shipments:

Orders ship via 1-3 day shipping. Shipping cost is $7.99 and is free when ordering over $30.

Local Pick-Up

Pick-up is available for free at our facility in Salem, Ohio. Select Local Pick-Up at checkout and we will schedule a time with you to pick-up your order.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery on all orders if you are within 50 miles of our Salem, Ohio location. Select shipping at checkout and these local delivery rates will apply if you are within the radius. After you order we will contact you to schedule a day and time for delivery. 

Within 25 miles - $4.99

26-50 miles - $9.99

 

DOA Policy 

If your coral is DOA (Dead On Arrival) please send us photos of the dead coral within 2 hours of receiving the shipment and we will refund your order or give you store credit. Due to too many variables we cannot guarantee corals past this 2 hour mark. We take great care to ensure you receive a healthy, quality coral. 

If a coral is DOA due to a shipping delay caused by UPS we cannot refund your order.
